How to use it
- Fill in your business details once — they are remembered on this device for next time.
- Add the client and the items. Totals, tax and discount are calculated as you type, and the preview shows exactly how the invoice will look.
- Download the PDF to email it, or print it. For the next one, press "New invoice" — the number goes up automatically.
What a good invoice includes
Clients pay faster when an invoice answers every question up front:
- A unique invoice number and the invoice date
- Your business name and contact details — and your tax ID if you charge VAT or GST
- The client’s name and address
- Each item or service, quantity, price and line total
- Tax, discounts and the total due, with a clear due date
- How to pay: bank name, account name and number, or a payment link
Any currency, correct symbols
Choose from naira (₦), dollars, euros, pounds, rupees (₹), cedis (GH₵), shillings (KSh), rand and more. The PDF embeds a font that includes every symbol, so ₦ and ₹ print correctly instead of turning into empty boxes.
A PDF your client can search
The invoice is a real-text PDF, not a picture: amounts and names can be selected, copied and searched, it prints sharply, and the file is small enough to email.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my invoices stored?
Only in your browser on this device. Nothing you type is sent to a server. Your business details are remembered here for next time; clearing your browser data removes them.
Is there a watermark or limit?
No watermark, no sign-up and no limit on how many you create.
Can I add VAT or GST?
Yes. Enter the tax name (VAT, GST, sales tax…) and the rate; it is applied after any discount. Add your tax number in your business details.
Can I record a part payment?
Yes. Enter the amount paid and the invoice shows the balance due.
